Please come to the makeup appointment without makeup, with a clean, cleansed face.

1. Before the visit, I encourage you to exfoliate and moisturize your skin.

2. Remember that long-lasting, beautiful makeup is primarily about well-maintained skin. If you want your makeup to look good for several hours, I encourage you to consult with a cosmetologist (at least six months before the wedding). This will ensure your skin is perfectly prepared!

3. Before the visit, I encourage you to shape your eyebrows (do not do this on the same day, as you may irritate the delicate skin around the eyes).

4. For the appointment, prepare a photo of your outfit and makeup inspirations.

5. I invite you to the trial makeup session at the earliest one month before the wedding.

6. Let's respect each other's time and other clients. If a client is 15 minutes late, out of consideration for the next clients, I reserve the right to refuse to do the makeup.

7. Please inform me of any delays.

8. Please inform me if you are bringing any accompanying persons such as a photographer/videographer.

9. If you wish to come to the makeup appointment with an accompanying person (mother, friend, etc.), please inform me. The presence of accompanying persons often prolongs my work and distracts both you and me.

10. A deposit is required when booking any service. The amount of the deposit varies depending on the type of service. Details about the deposit can be found on each service information page, at the very bottom in the "IMPORTANT" section. The deposit is payable within 4 days from the date of booking. After this time, the booking will be released.

11. In the event of a sudden need to cancel the service from my side (e.g., due to health issues or an emergency), I will try to find an appropriate replacement or refund the deposit paid.

12. I agree to use photos of the completed makeup for promotional purposes on my website and social media, unless the client objects.

13. I recommend informing me of any skin allergies, sensitivities to specific cosmetic ingredients, or other important health information that may affect the makeup application.
